DESCRIPTION:
Deliver a range of clerical support services including filing, data entry, messenger/delivery, photocopying, binder assembly, web searches and list maintenance
Organize and schedule meetings, prepare and distribute meeting materials including drafting agendas
Make phone calls and prepare e-mails
Provide administrative services to the executives' calendars
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
Working as part of a team
Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Prepare travel approvals, arrangements and travel expenses
Make hotel accommodation arrangements
Perform administrative tasks such as managing electronic calendars with precision, managing drafting correspondence.
Review, proof-read and edit correspondence and reports
Photocopy a variety of documents for distribution or filing
Receive, screen and process Manager's incoming correspondence and mail
Respond to telephone requests
Ability to type
Scan to email documents, and arrange for pick-up delivery of documents through courier service
Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, conferences calls, schedule meetings and boardrooms
Take minutes at meetings
Knowledge of financial management including invoices processing, tracking expenditures and maintaining financial records
Reconcile actual expenditures with funds committed, and prepare and verify certification documents to authorize
Various other duties as required
