Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary

Administrative Assistant required for a leading financial organisation based in Zurich. My client is ideally looking for someone who has financial experience, although someone who is highly driven and interested in finance will also be considered. This is an initial 6-month contract position, but the successful candidate will most likely become full time if suitable. 

This position is ideal for someone with strong events management experience.

KEY SKILLS FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - ZURICH

- Experience with general office administration
- Prepare and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other  documents
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate events, meetings, and presentations
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills - fluent English, knowledge of Swiss German/Swiss French
- Driven, motivated and flexible
