ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PART TIME 20 HOURS/WEEK) needed for a long term CONTRACT opportunity with SuccessFactors (an SAP Company) located in SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA.

- Time Management

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Provide administrative support to the sales team by performing the following:

- Arrange meetings (internal teamread and respond to correspondence as agreed to by management.
- Process expenses associated with such travel/meeting coordination for assigned management staff. Maintain/prioritize and organize Outlook calendar/folders for assigned management personnel. Prepare/administer complex (activity/expense) reports, projects, documentation and correspondence, which may also require collecting, organizing, and analysing data.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Previous administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Flexible schedule and ability to work additional hours if necessary
- Able to work in a fast-paced global environment
