ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in NEWARK, DE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Send Employee Information Bulletins (EIBS) and maintain EIB log
- Maintain org chart, and employee picture bulletin boards
- Maintain Government Communication Bulletin Boards
- Send correspondence through US mail (thank you cards, etc)
- Send site condolence flower arrangements to employee family member funerals
- Receive visitors at admin front door - escort services./general orientation
- Coordinate coffee club and coffee supply deliveries
- Coordinate site lunches/refreshment deliveries for events/meetings
- Maintain site disability record
- Coordinate office moves, nameplate changes,
- Update phone directory
- Update site calendar
- Coordinate scheduling hearing tests for employees with other sites.
- Input New approved chemicals into SDS (Safety Data Sheets) system (formerly known as Material Safety Data Sheets)
- Maintain postal supplies ( stamps, cards, etc)
- Handle sending out documentation to state agencies
- Print and file Exposure notification
- Do monthly report for SHE Manager on safety, SEA audits and STOP audits
- New Part Set-Ups (data entry)
- Enter events on site calendar

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- At least two to three (2 - 3) years of experience in an administrative role.
- Candidate must be comfortable to know that this position is located in a manufacturing facility.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel Powerpoint and MS Outlook - strong knowledge of SharePoint is very helpful
