ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a contract hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Louis, MO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The incumbent will be functioning in all capacities of an administrative assistant within the client's IT department.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong work ethic and motivation to excel.
- Ability to remain flexible to frequent priority changes.
- Willing to ask questions and suggest alternate courses of action.
- Team player - Actions display inclusive thought processes.
- Clear communication: Asks questions for clarity and guidance of requests and reports back status of work progress timely and appropriately.
- Mentoring mindset: Willing to share knowledge and information with team.
- Displays common sense thinking: Recognizes when to take action versus when to research the history of the situation or ask further questions.
- Anticipates variables and seeks guidance to address business needs.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in an office environment for administrative work.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Xerox copiers, Internet search, etc. Needs proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- High school diploma with five to ten (5-10) years of experience in the field or in a related area.
