What You'll Be Doing:
- Position is responsible for supporting the Operations team by performing administrative functions such as reserving rooms, creating agendas for visitors, arranging catering, answering calls etc
- Processing invoices
- Creating purchase requisitions
- Generating and revising reports as needed
- Organizing and preparing new vendor documents
- Assembling interview folders and scheduling interviews for Operations
- Typical hours for this position will be 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required in this role
- Individuals currently enrolled and plan to get their Bachelor's Degree within the next 10 months would also be eligible to apply for the position.
