WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Review of Lotus Notes export vs. Individual history to determine common themes/obsolete items
- Organize and build each employee's basic function, training materials, SOP and name for entry into LMS
- Assist QC/QA in the creation of PowerPoint slides for various learning items
- Build step by step slides for performing task
- Take pictures of various job tasks for the PowerPoint slides to be incorporated into learning items
- Moving created learning items to the production content server
- (If we could get them access to the LMS) create content ids (AICC wrap) for the documents in the production content server
- Help with frontloading the data into the LMS
- tasks as needed and if time permits
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- High school degree or equivalent required. Post-high school education in business, training and development, Learning Management Systems or relevant college courses preferred.
- Experience working in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Excellent computer, organizational, and communication skills required. Experience in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and assume total ownership for duties required.
