JOB OVERVIEW:
- Our client has a temporary administrative assistant assignment in the corporate law department. This position is best suited for a person who is conscientious, reliable, responsible and looking to work in a professional work environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements, meetings and appointments
- Preparing travel and expense reports.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing; preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Light invoicing; answering phones, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail & flexibility.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required.
- Adaptability and ability to work well with all levels of staff.
