JOB OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to work as an Administrative Assistant in an office setting. This is a part time contract position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Maintain invoices and receipts
- Filing, data entry and faxing as needed
- Prepare shipments as needed
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum one (1) year of previous experience as a receptionist or Administrative Assistant required
- High level of professionalism is a must
- Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, preferred
