ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Emeryville, CA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Excellent written & interpersonal communication skills
- Six plus (6+) years of high level administrative experience
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Schedule Meeting requests as assigned by Directors Process & submit expense reports in a timely manner, manage corporate cards for all Directors
- Make & schedule travel arrangements Establish E-Req/PO's, contracts for vendors & consultants
- Onboard Full time associates
- Order catering for meetings involving Directors Monthly presentations for functional/global/senior leadership meetings
- Follow up on receipt of Monthly Reports by required due dates and uploaded into SharePoint
- Follow up on due dates for any pre-reads & upload into SharePoint
- Act as point person/collaborate with Facilities on team associates' work space allocation
- Submit space requests to Facility Planning
- Provide recruiting support eg interview scheduling
- Provide on boarding support for new team employees
- Active calendar management (accepts and declines as appropriate)
- Type up meeting action logs and distribute
- Pay monthly credit & purchasing card bills

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School diploma
- Minimum of six (6) years experience of advanced administrative, secretarial & general office experience
- Ability to type 65 words per minute
- Excellent written & interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to work in a management teamwork environment with shifting timelines while possessing the ability to remain poised in a fast paced setting
- Ability to interact with all levels of management, a wide range of stakeholders within & outside the department & company
- Absolute discretion when dealing with sensitive & confidential information
- Proficient in computer applications eg PowerPoint, Excel, Word

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with SAP.
