ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- ENTRY needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in WILLIAMSBURG, IA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- SAP- basic knowledge
- Strong Admin skills
- Must be able to work with a high level of confidential and private information

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Takes Dictation
- Maintenance of office equipment
- Ordering of office supplies and equipment
- Expense reporting and meeting/conference planning
- Understanding of OSHA
- Maintain and Organize files
- Schedule Appointments

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- SAP Experience -preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with proven ability to prioritize
