AGL Careers Contract and Temporary are seeking exceptional talent across all areas of administration and support for our various office locations (Spencer Street, Burwood East, Highett). We are entering an exciting period of growth and change and will require staff across the following functions in the future: reception, EA/PA, data entry, billing, accounts receivable, credit, coordinators, team administration and general administrative support.

Ideally you will have:

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and self motivated approach
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience using SAP or a similar system will be highly regarded
The ability to pick up new systems and processes easily
Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to develop strong working relationships across all levels of the business
Professional approach towards everything you do
An ability to build rapport quickly and work with a range of stakeholders
