A Tier 1 Investment Bank based in the centre of Glasgow are looking to hire a Admin Support to join their  Entitlements Management Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will play a role in supporting the entitlement management & review process.

The candidate will be expected to:
- Input data into the firm-wide request tool to create tickets
- Monitor the progress of those tickets
- Coordinate with other areas of the firm to ensure timely completion of tickets
- Process and report on issues
- Handle escalations for outstanding tickets
- Provide support and guidance to the business units in relation to Reviews.
- Resolve queries raised by the business and other areas
- Conduct SoD application investigations with the technology and business unit representatives
- Assist in on-boarding SoD applications into the firm-approved entitlement management platform
- Co-ordinate SoD Reviews, complete data validation & send notifications
- Provide data analysis and metrics for SoD reviews
- Ongoing maintenance and improvements in SoD data, process and tooling
- Maintenance of knowledge base for processes and procedures
- Additional entitlement management support activities

SKILLS REQUIRED (ESSENTIAL)

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound judgment/escalates issues & keeps management informed
- Experience working under deadline pressures
- Well organized, and deliverable oriented
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
