One of our key clients is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team for an initial 3 month contract, Liverpool location.

The ideal candidate will manage cab charges, order stationary, deal with queries, assist with coordinating booking of meeting rooms & respond to staff requests for all office services.

Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills
- Well developed communication skills
- Time management
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work autonomously
- Problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Outlook 2003
- Microsoft Office and Windows XP
- A basic IT and audio visual knowledge
- Government experience regarded
