My client is looking for a Logistics Administrator to work a 12 month contract based in Telford, Shropshire.

The right candidate will be required to do the following:

ISS Logistics Team Member
To ensure that Works tracking Activities and Logistical activities are completed in a timely and accurate fashion within a specified Region..

1.2 Roles and Responsibilities
To review MEP documentation as directed by your team leader
To ensure that you are fully conversant with all aspects of running the region efficiently
To maintain a close relationship with the other relevant departments within the project and to attend associated meetings, as required
To attend Vertical Team Meetings and Regional Team Meetings as directed by the Regional Delivery Manager
To create POR's
To create Delivery Instructions and Recovery Instructions
To adhere to all Supply Chain Works Tracking Milestones in the schedule
To resolve Issues as directed by the Team Leader
To resolve issues as directed by the Regional Delivery Manager
To provide assistance to the Regional Delivery Manager
To escalate issues to the Regional Delivery Manager as required
To produce reports as requested by the Regional Delivery Manager
To provide support to the RDM's and Team Members as required
To attend Weekly Team Meetings

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
