Admin Support wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Commercial training or equivalent, experience in the pharmaceutical sector would be an advantage
- Several years' experience working as an Administrative Specialist
- Outstanding administrative skills as well as high attention to detail and quality
- Independent working routine along with the ability to work under pressure
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Assisting GCA team with the implementation, tracking and management reporting of all strategic initiatives related to the Management of the department
- Supporting GCA Training/Meeting as well as the financial administration
- Taking responsibility of the Calendar management, travel and visa arrangements and coordinating on and off boarding
- Planning and running logistics for QMS meetings, trainings and other relevant events
- Distributing QMS communication and presentations in a clean and timely matter along with other relevant materials
- Collaborating with HR as well as effective support of the recruitment process
