ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in WILLIAMSBURG, IA

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Must be able to work with Microsoft Office; especially within PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word and SharePoint.
- Responsible to work on specified safety and health project(s) as outlined by site Industrial Hygiene
- Be able to perform air, noise, and IAQ sampling and assess programs for effectiveness and operational effectiveness.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manage/coordinate multiple leadership/team calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements online and via phone and email Plan meetings and coordinate projects
- Utilize software, systems and research information to compile and generate reports, timelines, correspondence and presentations
- Create projects in SAP and handle fulfillment activities, facilitating vendor payments and processing of purchase orders and expenses as well as invoices reconciliations in accounting systems
- Track and manage project costs and business spend against budget
- Capture and communicate team meeting notes and action items
- Interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Setup and maintain electronic and paper files, coordinate office supply needs, perform document creation/updating assignments and proofread documents
- Represent the company professionally in external interactions
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information
- Provide support for ESH programs and requirements
- Key point of contact for the summer seasonal hiring process including: coordinating interviews, hire packages, background checks, and participating in orientation sessions
- Other administrative duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- SAP experience is highly preferred.
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to Multi Task and hit priority deadlines

BONUS POINTS:

- Five or more years of administrative experience
- Proficient with Concur, SAP or other business financial software
- Experience scheduling international travel
- Experience managing team SharePoint sites
- Continuous improvement training (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Certified Professional Secretary (CPS). Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
