Admin Assistant

Our client; a large financial services institution, require admin assistants to join their team in Leeds on initial 3 month contracts.

Role Purpose

An assessor position responsible for independently testing adherence to policy and processes, providing clear, accurate and value adding feedback to drive performance.

* Collate outputs from testing for use in the production of management information.

* Undertake analysis of quality assurance management information and other data in order to establish root cause

* Maintain robust management information system to record and monitor adherence to conformance across COO.

* Using own judgement analyse management information to Identify and make recommendations to the Quality Assurance Team Leader/Quality Assurance Manager to improve business quality/performance and/or cost reductions.

Experience Required

* Worked in a customer service, high/volume administration and/or contact centre role.

* Worked as part of a team.

* Shown a willingness and ability to learn

Knowledge Required

* Competent in English and Mathematics.

* Computer literate/including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

* Knowledge of the Financial Services market and the products, services and customers of the business area being supported.

Skills and Competencies Required

* Demonstrate the interpersonal skills needed to deal effectively with customers and/or colleagues.

* Well organised and methodical in achieving deadlines and targets.

* Focus on customer needs and requirements.

* Solve problems as they arise or know how and where to escalate them.

* Research, organise and present internal and external information.

* Work independently and as part of a team as necessary
