ADMIN - ADMINISTRATOR - ORDER MANAGEMENT. JAPANESE SPEAKING* - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

NTT Europe's Business Network Solutions (BNS) BU provides managed network services to Enterprise customers globally. The role of the Order Management Officer is to support the NTTE Sales Teams to generate, validate and process Service Order Forms and place orders with 3rd party suppliers where necessary. Through a timely and effective ordering process this will contribute to revenue and profitability improvements.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- High degree of numeracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to time manage in a pressurised environment
- Advanced MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support NTTE sales teams to raise and enter Service Order Forms into appropriate systems
- Validate technical and commercial aspects of all orders and assist in resolution if required
- Liaise with internal delivery teams
- Where necessary place circuit orders with 3rd party suppliers and ensure on time delivery
- Improve profitability by reducing vendor pricing at time of order
- Assist Finance Teams in NTTE and NTT Com to ensure accurate customer invoicing
