Actuarial Lead Business Analyst is required to work on a large Actuarial Transformation initiative. The successful candidate will have a depth of experience working on Actuarial Finance Change programmes within a Life Insurer. You must have experience with financial and actuarial reporting processes within a Life Insurer to be considered for the role. The successful candidate must have a strong business analysis background and be able to respond to, and assess business needs, understand business strategy, conduct analysis, run workshops, evaluate 'as-is' business processes and define the 'to-be' roadmap. You must have excellent communication skills and have strong stakeholder management and engagement skills. Actuarial experience isn't a pre-requisite but experience working on finance improvement and transformation initiatives within a Life Insurer is.
