Skills required:

Capital Modelling experience

Non-life insurance experience

Commercial Lines

Experience within a reinsurance / insurance company and/or consultancy/brokerage firm

Quantitative profile

Love for figures

Experience with a modelling software such as Igloo or ReMetrica etc.

Masters Degree in Finance / Actuarial Sciences / Mathematics or similar.
