Actuarial Analyst/Actuarial Assistant- Newport

ACTUARIAL ASSISTANT required for interesting role with leading General Insurer to provide data management and management information services. You will be an expert in handling large amounts of data using MS Excel, hold a numerate degree and ideally be studying towards actuarial or accounting qualifications. The key aim of the role is to provide key reserving reports to the Senior Executive group.

This actuarial assistant role is offered on the basis of a three month rolling contract based in Newport, South Wales and is paying up to £290 per day.

Newport - ACTUARIAL ANALYST - £290 per day - General insurance

ACTUARIAL ANALYST Essential Knowledge:

- Strong data management and MI skills using Excell
- Exceptional numerate ability with proven attention to detail
- Degree in maths, economics, physics, accounting or similar
- Studying towards either actuarial or accountacy qualifications

Key Deliverables of ACTURIAL ASSISTANT:

- Preperation of reserving management information covering property, pert health and creditor
- Produce quarterly reserve review packs
- Preperation of ABI and PERILS
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and data quality
