Activity Based Costing Analyst

Specification:

Fantastic new role with this leading UK Financial Services provider to join an experience finance and analytical team as an Activity Based Costing Analyst for an initial contract (6-9 months).

You will be part of an experienced team (Group Management Reporting) with the purpose of supporting the business from a financial and commercial perspective.

Core accountability within the role is to manage the Activity Based Costing process for Group, analysing results and review ABC results with key stakeholders.

Reporting to Manager, other key responsibilities of the role are:

Develop review of Group wide expenses
Perform month-end close
Preparation, consolidation and analysis of reports
Variance analysis and processing of financial budgets and forecasts
Production of ad hoc reporting

Ideally, you will be a qualified Accountant, will have experience in Costing i.e. Cost Accounting, Cost Analysis or Cost Control, as strong Management Accounting background would be advantageous also.

This is an excellent medium to long-term contract that will offer a fantastic opportunity to understand the business and have sight of future projects within the business.
