Projektbeschreibung
Primary focus will be managing a ticketing work/queue processing, on average 200 tickets per month, maintaining SLA.
- Supports ADFS, Certificates, Exchange, Forefront Identity Manager, User/Computer/Group accounts, Windows Active Directory services (domain controllers/group policy/sites and subnets).
- Analyzes system wide performance indicators on a weekly basis verifying FIM sync jobs are running correctly.
- Generate weekly reports on the team's ticket volumes highlighting any hot issues or areas of concern.
- Participates in on-call 24/7 rotation.
- Works with IT personnel across all segments of the organization.
- Operates under minimal direction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Candidates must have Active Directory support experience, Exchange support experience, customer service skills, PKI experience, and the ability to create reports with Excel. Any experience in Office 365 sync support would be desirable. Nice to have previous experience with creating metric reports.
