Requirements:
- MBO+/HBO work and think level. Preferable MCITP or equivalent
- At least 4 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role and environment
- Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, DNS, WINS, DHCP, ADFS, File service, DFS, Clustering, Microsoft SCOM/SCCM 2007/2012 and networking
- Understanding ITIL processes
- Understanding Prince2 methodology
- Good communication skills (English, spoken and written)
- Proactive and customer focus
- Analytic and problem solving
- Team player and flexible, because you'll be working in shifts and weekends (on-call)
