Position Mandates:
Collection of accounts receivable balances.
Full-time 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate collection reporting to internal clients in coordination with collection manager
Implement collection strategies for client receivables
Administer payment plans with customers as necessary. Monitor status of payments and follow up to ensure compliance with plan.
Initiate collection process on a timely basis.
Use OnGuard contact and collection workflow tool for prioritization of work and to track collection actions/notes.
Assist in problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
Associates degree in accounting a plus
3-5 years related experience
