Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Check, record, account, release and post invoices and credit notes using workflows
- Create and check payment proposal and ensure payment run
- Accounts payable workflow assistance and support
- Entering and Maintaining Vendor Master Data
- Process vendor reminders
- Correspondence with suppliers
- Make clarifications with internal and external stakeholder
- Close cooperation with the purchasing department
- VAT recovery assistance

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completed training as a merchant EFZ or comparable qualification
- Further training as an accounting clerk or similar
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Several years of professional experience in accounts payable
- Stylish German and good knowledge of English
- Independent and conscientious way of working
- Process-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills
