Accounts Payable Processor Job

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PROCESSOR needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Schenectady, NY.

- Experience in Accounts Payable

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Attend kickoff call and check list call lead by TCS/Genpact
- CRP support. 30 to 60 minutes per CRP. CRPs weekly Testing
- Releases holds or adjusts invoices in IBS during each test cycle
- Test result verification
- Standard Oracle training with an emphasis on the correction process
- Go live support and monitoring
- Administration of Markview, support central workflows.
- Training - Provide training on exception processes or support standard training for new implementations.
- CRP- Execute and lead CRPs for all standard projects
- Test result verification for low complexity projects, test results review for TPS, LTL, Markview, Standard AP.
- Review and management of standard checklists for TPS, LTL, Markview, Standard AP for standard scope projects.
- Post go live monitoring liaison between project team, process owners and business for at risk critical projects.
- Additional BPO support from Genpact on businesses time zone for "stability" meetings
- 1099 reporting related activities
- Audit BPO metrics
- Review accuracy and completeness of payment related tickets
- Post-audit research, enter claims, and support
- Maintain internal disbursement bank listings
- Support implementation related activities
- Initiate manual wires
- Support cash account related inquiries

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Associates degree. Minimum HS Diploma or GED

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in accounting or equivalent experience.
