Accounts Payable Clerk required for my client, an international life sciences business, on an on-going temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work for this well established worldwide life sciences organisation, based within their Putney Offices.

ROLE SUMMARY - KEY ACTIVITIES

- The accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- The accurate and timely reconciliation of all cash and bank accounts
- Raise payment against Vendor Invoices
- Booking Employee Expenses
- Reconcile individual Vendor accounts against Vendor's statements
- Provide weekly creditors reports
- Weekly Bank Reconciliations for all UK accounts
- Issuance of Petty Cash
- Weekly Petty Cash Reconciliation
- Run time reports as necessary

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

- Previous Accounts Payable experience processing multicurrency bank reconciliations
- Good Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative and multi-task
- Desirable if candidate has knowledge of Access Dimensions and Dynamics
