Accounts Payable Administrator

Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team for a 3 month project. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environments and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Description:

Resolve discrepancies on unmatched invoices/transactions or erroneous requests for payments through collaboration with internal and external sources.

Process incoming and outgoing AP mail by sorting invoice and check request documents into appropriate processing batches.

Process high volume PO and loose entry invoices in a timely manner for payment in Oracle.

Scanning and attaching invoices daily, running discovery report to audit scanning, locate any missing invoices.

Back up to other team members as necessary.

Answer internal & external customer calls and respond via email and phone.

Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in computer data entry with experience in MS Office applications.

Oracle experience preferred.

Must have demonstrated experience in using general office equipment.

Must be able to process high volumes of detailed transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.

Must be able to work collaboratively in shared tasking environment with the ability to foster a team-based approach to work.

Must be able to work in fast paced environment.

Must be able to discern various processing types and best execution paths.

Pay: $18/HR
