Main responsibilities include:
* Matching, batching and coding of purchase ledger invoices
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Processing of staff expenses
* Preparing payment runs (BACS and cheques) and answering queries
* Dealing with all purchase enquiries and processing all staff expenses
* Work closely with external suppliers and resolving any queries
* General administrative duties
Requirements of the role:
* Have some experience in Purchase Ledger
* Great interpersonal and communications skills
* An aptitude for IT
* Excellent attention to detail
