My exclusive client is looking to hire a Key accounts Campaigns Manager to work in Craig forth, Edinburgh on a 6 months contract.
My clients aim is to provide key accounts with a marketing service that is tailored to their needs.
Their aim is to build and maintain marketing-to-marketing relationships with their accounts, identifying and delivering their marketing needs on a day-to-day basis and proposing new ideas to help them achieve their objectives.

Accountability's/Responsibilities

Role Specifics
*Contribute to the creation of the annual Key Accounts Marketing Plan
*Act as the relationship manager for a number of specified key accounts, coordinating activities across the business into a cohesive and single view for the specified accounts
*Where required create and deliver specific marketing plans for each account for approval and sign-off - define all required internal and external ongoing services, campaigns and bespoke activities are captured
*Draft, create and gain approval for, all required communications, including support for product launches, major campaigns, BAU items and anything else that could create market/business opportunities for my client
*Ensure all marketing activities (both on-line and offline) cover the appropriate audiences and distribution channels - F2F sales teams, telephony advisers/support teams, all advisers, end-to-end customer support (Prue- and post-sale, mandatory and promotional) and direct marketing (both product and brand response)
*Keep fully up to date in respect of competitors' marketing activities ensuring you use this knowledge to define and create market-leading items for these key accounts - propose and implement new marketing ideas
*Working with the Ads, DBMS, product owners and front-line sales teams, create and deliver compelling marketing services, activities and items for use by these key accounts (internally and externally)
*Engage all relevant stakeholders across the business to ensure the plans and activities you are delivering meet their needs and are fully supported by them
*Where required, brief marketing requirements to internal and external suppliers - ensure these are produced on time and meet your brief
*Working with all Digital marketing areas, maintain and update the relevant web content for key accounts
*Ensure all stakeholders are regularly appraised of progress and that issues are escalated and resolved
*Use the relevant customer segmentation, targeting and analysis techniques to determine and implement the most effective propositions and marketing approaches for use with these accounts
*Review the performance of the marketing activities delivered to demonstrate the contribution to commercial results and the improving effectiveness of the marketing - continuously improve the end-to-end marketing services and tool-kits provided
*Review all available insight to ensure everything you deliver (plans and marketing communications) are appropriate and 'best-in-class'
*Ensure all external agencies deliver to their performance targets for your activities
*Quality-check all communications activity against brand tone of voice and identity guidelines
*Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing activities with areas outside of Marketing to ensure messages are aligned across audiences
*Ensure all marketing activity processes are used in the creation of all materials/activity
*Manage activities and services to budget

Marketing

Key departments/areas of responsibility
*As part of the team contribute to the creation and delivery of the annual Key Accounts Marketing Plan
*Working directly with the Head Offices of a number of specified key accounts, create and implement a bespoke marketing plan for each account
*Acting as the 'marketing manager' for these accounts, ensure all of my clients campaigns, products and propositions are maximised in their organisations to achieve the commercial and marketing objectives
*Define, create and deliver the marketing communications, activities, advice, ideas, opportunities and services for those accounts across all target audiences and all media (sales teams, distributors, customers and industry influences)
*Prepare and then implement specific marketing activity plans for approval
Coordinate marketing activities with other parts of the business to ensure an integrated approach is achieved across all media and channels

Financial
*Achievement of the sales and market share targets for the specified accounts
*Achievement of the targeted improvements in Marketing Kips for the specified accounts
*Achievement of retention targets for these specified accounts
*Budget responsibilities (ass allocated)

Non Financial
*Relationships with senior management within the specified accounts
*Creation and delivery of new and updated marketing communications across all media and all channels for the specified accounts
*Manage agency accounts to deliver the required services to the standards required
*Provision, coordination and delivery of specific marketing activity plans for allocated campaigns and marketing initiatives for the specified accounts
*Proposals for new marketing ideas and activities that will help us achieve our objectives
