Accounts Assistant

My major Investment Banking client based in Chester is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their Projects division.

Key Skills required for an Accounts Assistant:

*Part Qualified Accountant
*Accounting/Month End reporting experience
*Knowledge of reconciliations
*Diploma or equivalent with relevant working experience
*Excellent communication skills

The role (accountabilities):

*Maintenance of the General Ledger
*Preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports
*Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within Financial sector.
*This role will support an Accountant and will report into a Supervisor or Manager.
*This role will be suitable for a Graduate or newly qualified Accountant to gain experience with a large Investment Bank.
