TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

GUILDFORD

UP TO £10 PH - BASED ON EXPERIENCE

FEBRUARY START FOR 1 MONTH (POSSIBLY LONGER)

WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR FOR OUR CLIENT BASED IN GUILDFORD.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

- Manual raising of invoices using Excel from Sales Representatives paperwork
- Emailing copy invoices to clients (Outlook and gmail)
- Contacting clients to confirm payment dates/payment terms
- Credit control - contacting clients to chase overdue payments and confirm payment dates
- Answering incoming accounts calls
- Telephone cover for main incoming line
- Photocopying and filing invoices and paperwork for client files
- Entering onto Sales Ledger - Excel
- Maintaining a daily report - Cash Tracker, adding to when invoices are raised and payments received
- Administration duties, ie data entry when main duties allow

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE CANDIDATE WILL BE A DRIVER, DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE ROLE.
