Accounting Analyst

DESCRIPTION:

An opportunity has arisen within a leading Financial Services firm whom are seeking an experienced accounting analyst to join their team in Edinburgh on an initial 6 month contract basis.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accounting rules mapping/baseline/signoff
- Perform analysis to drive out detailed requirements
- SYST/SIT test support
- UAT Test script review
- UAT Defect support
- Work with business on data requirement lists
- Detail reports required
- Provide support to IT/Business

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven analysis experience and successful delivery on time and on budget of multiple projects is required
- Knowledge of Oracle GL, FAH would be strongly advantageous
- A good working knowledge of pension products is desirable
