Accountant (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Co-Support the monthly closing process by using company financial systems (SAP) to report financials to US corporate HQ;
- Business Partner with over 30 countries, providing guidance/support in areas of accounting policy, close/financial reporting, master data setup, management reporting and vendor/customer issue resolution;
- Instructs and coordinate the booking of manual journal entries in SAP with the Shared Service Center colleagues on a day to day basis;
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of master data in the areas of Chart of Account, Cost Centers, Profit Center, Vendors/Customers and Allocations in line with corporate group accounting;
- Perform review of balance sheet accounts reconciliation and analysis;
- Provides assistance to the requests of internal and external auditors;
- Support the tax group, Swiss VAT, corporate income tax and US/Swiss tax reporting requirements;
- Point of contacts for markets accounting and corporate reporting

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in accounting / finance education and relevant working experience
- Experience in CPA is a plus;
- Demonstrates a good knowledge of operational and financial processes and practical application of financial and strategic analysis;
- Ability to interact with individuals in various functional areas throughout different levels within the organization;
- Professional attitude, team player, hardworking, big picture orientated with attention to details and able to prioritize;
- Fluent in English.
