MY DUTIES:

- Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly close activities for the Principle Swiss entity in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
- Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, systems and internal controls
- Assist with auditor requests
- Vendor invoice processing and execution of payment runs according to terms
- Booking of bank accounts and reconciliation of accounts
- Manage employee expense and travel reports and act as key point of contact for Concur
- Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge about the Swiss Accounting Standards Swiss GAAP alternatively US-GAAP
- Work experience in accounting
- Experience with SAP, preferably SAP 4/Hannah
- Fluency in English
