IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Execute accounts payable activities and provide timely and accurate output as requested by the market accounting regulations
-Train other team members and be co-responsible of the output quality and accuracy level
-Propose and drive continuous improvement and process excellence initiatives to raise the quality output and bring the KPI at target
-Ensure highest level of compliance
-Perform NFCM control (SOX Compliance), segregation of duties and user access reviews
-Propose and post month end accruals
-Execute month and month end reconciliations
-Participate to internal and external projects and initiatives
-Support other R2P teams in case of need

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Degree in finance and/or accounting or relevant experience
-Experience in accounts payable department (preferably shared services)
-Command of English (Advanced level) and preferably one other European (FSC) language
-Excellent accounting knowledge in IFRS and local standards to process allocated tasks in an efficient and timely manner and medium reporting knowledge
-IT, accounting tools skills (JDE, SAP, BW)
