-Scanning and posting of third-party invoices
-Scanning and processing of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expense claims
-Intercompany reconciliations
-Support month-end closing activities
-Prepare a variety of standard reports and analysis
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience in working as a book keeper (technical degree preferred)
-Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principals
-Proficient SAP user and MS Office knowledge
-Strong attention to details
-Fluent in English and basic knowledge in German preferred
-Flexibility to travel and work from time to time in a different location (10%)
