This position will be to both hire in specialised IFRS skills into the Company in order to augment the internal skills available to help with the project.
Assist with the implementation of IFRS on approximately 50 legal entities currently filing on a US GAAP basis as well as either a UK GAAP or Irish GAAP basis.
Work with the team lead to apply technical accounting expertise in understanding IFRS.
Assist Legal Entity Control teams with developing operational processes to implement IFRS to business as usual.
Help to ensure strong project governance.
Review and document global accounting policies in accordance with IFRS while liaising with Corporate Accounting Policy team in Chicago.
