- CCAB or AAT with extensive relevant experience
- Relevant financial background. Experience of working with large financial systems. Experience applicable to local authority accountancy.
- Awareness of local government issues. Local Authority finance experience. (Experience of managing staff - this is a nice to have)
- Good up to date technical accounting skills. Ability to carry out complex accountancy work.
- Experience closing Accounts
- Be able to analyse data, draw confusions and provide solutions to findings
Experience working within Schools or Children's Social Care is a nice to have' and will help with your application for this post.
