Accountancy Performance Manager - 6 months - Warwick - Negotiable Daily Rate

A leading Energy and Utilities client of Hyphen is looking for an Accountancy Performance Manager to join their corporate offices in Warwick and oversee a workforce of accountants.

Key skills/Experience
*Qualified; ACCA, CIMA, ACA with at least 5 years relevant experience
*Influencing peers & more senior management- this person needs to be able to appreciate that there maybe workload conflicts and be able to have the right conversations with his/her peers & others to ensure that their work is delivered to time & quality
*Self-starter & highly motivated - the role is new & much of the scope is not clearly defined as a result.
*Thinks outside the box - able to spot areas for improvement, come up with new ideas
*Gets on well with teamfeeling comfortable with telling the story with the help of others without "owning" the numbers
*Ideally worked in regulated arena or experience in allocating costs
*Strong Microsoft office skills; Powerpoint, word, excel
*Preferable knowledge of SAP
