As the sole representative of Canon working on the suppliers premises the Account Manager will be responsible for managing the supplier to ensuring all products are produced to the required quality and are delivered on time. This is a service delivery role.

* Provide clients with an effective and efficient service
* Exceed customer expectations
* Ensure all work is completed within contracted service levels
* Manage workflow at the supplier's premises to ensure all work is produced to specification and within client timescales.
* Prepare and present information for presentation to Management and clients

Responsibilities and Tasks:

* To demonstrate pride and professionalism in all facets of customer service, and take ownership for all work personally produced.
* To respond to customer requests and enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner, meeting demands pro-actively where possible.
* Manage the supplier to ensure contracted SLA's are achieved
* Report performance levels to management
* To communicate with clients consistently well and, by understanding their needs, promote the service being offered.
* To reproduce high quality products to customer specifications while meeting customers time constraints. To negotiate extended deadlines with customers if necessary.
* To accurately complete daily paperwork and or enter all required information into the Océ computerised systems.
* To support the Senior Account Manager, to introduce service enhancements and developments.
* To co-operate with immediate & wider range of colleagues, to the betterment of the customer & Océ.
* To be aware of and maintain safe working practices related to Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
* To undertake any reasonable ad hoc duties as requested by the Senior Account Manager.

Salary £ 32,000 - £34,000 + 10% bonus
