Account Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join a fast growing and established IT Business and Professional services company located in Melbourne's CBD. To be successful you will have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strategic client relationships. You will have outstanding marketing, business, technical and professional skills and strike a balance between all three. You will be self driven and a strong leader and will be able to engage, lead and direct others. You will be working for an company that has a well established based of national and international clients and will be delivering innovative IT solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients
- Ensure that account relationships are managed: key issues dealt with and decision makers expectations managed
- Ensure that opportunities for new business are identified and won
- Strategize, develop and grow key accounts
- Develop retention strategies and marketing strategies through customer needs analysis
- Manage the customer needs and
- Market and expand the company's brand effectively
- Provide accurate and timely forecast of achievement to budgets
- Work with business and sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Management of forecasts and budgets
- Risk management

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 6 years of account management experience
- Experience managing, coaching and mentoring others
- Resource management
- Demonstrated improvement of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated revenue growth in previous roles
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
