YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients
- Ensure that account relationships are managed: key issues dealt with and decision makers expectations managed
- Ensure that opportunities for new business are identified and won
- Strategize, develop and grow key accounts
- Develop retention strategies and marketing strategies through customer needs analysis
- Manage the customer needs and
- Market and expand the company's brand effectively
- Provide accurate and timely forecast of achievement to budgets
- Work with business and sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 years of account management experience
- Experience managing, coaching and mentoring others
- Resource management
- Demonstrated improvement of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated revenue growth in previous roles
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
