My client, a successful independent recruitment advertising company, is looking for an Account Manager to join them on a three-month contract. This company is rapidly become more integrated, utilising new digital platforms, and the Account Manager should reflect the company's forward-thinking vision for recruitment advertising.

As Account Manager, you will be supporting the Account Directors on larger accounts and leading work on smaller clients, building existing accounts, and winning new business. The role will involve delivering innovative and creative solutions for clients, developing strong client relationships, producing quality proposals, overseeing day-to-day account activity, using MI and reporting tools to understand performance, achieving revenue targets and margins, billing accurately, and actively taking part in the new business process. You will be working with customers, Account Directors, Project Managers, and Product Specialists, and so should be able to maintain good working relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for making decisions which impact on clients.

As an individual, you must have at least three years' relevant experience, with solid recruitment advertising experience - those without this experience cannot be considered for the role. You should be able to liaise and communicate effectively with customers, be comfortable planning and delivering projects, and accepting responsibility for the quality of your team's work, and happy both leading and working within a team. You will have excellent relationship and presentation skills, the ability to think on your feet and solve problems, commercial acumen, project management experience, and a winning attitude.
