Account Management - Creative Agency

Our client a Global Organisation is looking for an Account Manager with a creative agency background to ensure that projects are managed to the highest quality - on time and to budget with a view to developing client relationships and to play an active role in new business efforts, and to help to generate streams from existing clients.

Key responsibilities:-

- Working closely with the Client Director, providing support with all relevant administration for the running of a project to ensure processes are adhered to and to ensure smooth running of the project from start to finish
- Be responsible for finance within projects such as budget control, tracking and spend at all stages, as well as day to day financial management such as raising POs and invoicing
- Good event management skills to be able to plan the bi-yearly Brand forum
- Ensure dialogue with production, design, account management, strategy, principals, external partners and to promote good cross-team communication
- Client facing where required and demonstrate appropriate tone of voice with the client to achieve the best project and relationship outcome
- Manage a wide variety of branding, design and communications projects
- Building strong relationships with Client Directors and the Head of Account management to ensure a continuous learning curve
- Writing briefs and Project Proposals and support the Client Director in this process
- Play a role in scoping the process to ensure that solutions are realistic and appropriate to the brief and requirements
- Identify and implement improvements to processes on an ongoing basis
- Ensure a high level of quality control and attention to detail
- Be able to work alone and use initiative to find solutions to problems
- Follow the WHAM Account Management procedures and processes.

The Account Manager needs to be able to manage their own workload and time effectively to meet deadlines. Be committed to design, people and client service.
