My client is a market leading Communications company with over 20 years experience in the industry and are now looking to expand their team by taking on a senior account manager.
Covering the South East of England you will be responsible for the management of the existing customer base, you will be expected to meet the customers, and keep in contact with them ensuring retention and achieving penetration business through these customers and their referrals.
The successful applicant for this role will have -
* A proven record in business to business sales
* Experience of managing large accounts in the Telco sector
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience using a CRM system to report to management
* A proven track record of carrying a target and over-achieving against it
* Good knowledge of networking and data/communication solutions.
