Accommodation Manager

Harvey Nash's Public Sector client requires an Accommodation Manager to join their Edinburgh based team on an initial 4 month contract. You will be reporting in to the Senior Accommodation Manager, looking after upwards of 100 properties across the city.

Main Duties:

. Planning of maintenance and capital projects
. Ensure delivery of residential service to tenants
. Ensure properties comply with legislative standards
. Provide effective management service to landlords

Essential Skills:

. Property Management experience
. Housing management experience
. Qualification in housing management/surveying/building & estate management
. Excellent knowledge of Housing Legislation
. Understanding of health & safety regulations
. Good knowledge of building maintenance specifications
