SENIOR ACCESS NETWORK ENGINEER (GPON EXPERT)
Location: Based in Switzerland, Zurich
JOB SUMMARY:
The job consists of testing the access network equipment and service validation. Troubleshoot complex issues on the access network, design, implement and develop complex networks running with GPON protocol. Very high skills in device testing, service validation.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fulfil successfully the POC testing cases
- Establish on the lab networking environment, according with the customer's requirement.
- Directing equipment testing, defining, documenting, and enforcing service validation;
- Interface with the Customer's organization and testing the solutions on the laboratory.
- Ensure that the Network planning & testing process meets technical requirements and Customer's expectations and are able to deliver the prescribed product validation.
EXPERIENCESstrong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and German or French or Italian.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Complete the service validation successfully according to the defined POC (Product of Certificate) test cases.
- Solutions delivered to the customer in time
- Customers acceptance
- Customer satisfaction
