DSA is part of IT, more particularly of the CSD team (Cyber Security Delivery team)
Mission:
As a member of the team, your main responsibilities will include:
> Follow-up end-to-end progress of tickets/requests
> Logical Access Management services
> JML requests
> User access rights management on multiple platforms
> Provisioning
> Additional Access requesting (DSA tool)
Your Profile:
* Experience with Sailpoint, Active Directory, Mainframe is a plus
* Experience with first line ticket handling
* Fluent in English
* Team player
* Quick learner
